Tony is one of the best in the industry. I’ve long used quadruped extension rotation variations to work on t-spine rotation, and this particular variation is an awesome progression I’ve already started to utilize with some of my athletes.

I think it’s important that guys continue to think about being athletic and on the balls of their feet. Yes, we need to keep the back heel engaged, but thinking about being on your heel might be detrimental.
