I just finished this show and I absolutely loved it. It’s a little slow at first and then the last 4 episodes are phenomenal.

He does an outstanding job of outlining the pitfalls of being too results-oriented instead of constantly evaluating and working to improve the systems you have in place. Everyone has the goal of being successful, so what separates those that actually reach their goals?
This podcast, with the author of Moneyball, among many others was thoroughly enjoyable with many valuable lessons to take away from it.
