2. "I'll sleep a little more and just find the time during the day."
No you won't. The time is now.
When your alarm goes off. Get up.
I find it helpful, right before bed to look at my schedule and make my to do list for the next day. Knowing that there's literally not enough time in the day to get it all done except for the crack of dawn helps me get up.
3. "It's not my fault."
Now, certainly life isn't this black or white, and at times there are hands dealt to you that you didn't have control over, but irregardless, it's on you and no one else to deal with it and fix it.
